The LSU AgCenter has resources available for cattle producers, small ruminant producers, and wildlife managers. The LSU AgCenter offers statewide Master and Beginner Cattleman programs, Master Sheep & Goat programs and other trainings on topics ranging from artificial insemination, herd management, marketing, pastures, and other topics. Wildlife assistance and trainings are also available, including food plot workshops, habitat management, population assessment, and other topics. Private Pesticide Applicator (PPA) recertification is also offered each spring for those producers in need of recertification for their LDAF card.
